Steven Shagrin, better known as “Shags”, is a self-unemployed former investment advisor and CFP® Professional, current Certified Money Coach (helping with money beliefs & behaviors), and Retirement Lifestyle Coach.
In 2023 he founded a free, private (but open to all) online senior community “center” to help isolated and lonely individuals connect. ThePlayground Senior Circle provides 24/7 service and at least one live hour of online face-to-face opportunities daily. A longtime Rotarian, Shags understands and supports the need for human connection, especially when one is more homebound as they age. A splendid time is guaranteed for all!
